The Sunnyside Pointe subdivision of Storacle Point is open to families with children and consist of new three-bedroom, 2 bath units located in South Tucson. Looking for a pet friendly community?  Look no further than the Storacle Point – Adams, Balboa, SSP & Castro subdivisions.  Upon approval, two cats or dogs per unit are permitted with an executed pet addendum, and a $200 refundable security deposit.  Pets may not weigh in excess of 25 lbs. fully grown.  See property manager for additional details.
