Community Information

Rio Viejo Apartments is a relatively new apartment complex with spacious units and private walled-in backyards.  Our community is operated under the Affordable Housing Program under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households.  Residency at Rio Viejo requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent.

Community Amenities

Rio Viejo has friendly on-site staff and 24-hour emergency maintenance personnel.  Utilities are included in your rent.  There is off street parking available and plenty of storage.   Residents are free to use the splash pad, community garden, playground, basketball court, and expansive clubhouse.

Pet Policy
