Community Information

Gateway Apartments is a 120-unit housing project for seniors 55 and over. The project features a single building with five stories. The project targets incomes between 40% and 60% of the area median income. Gateway Apartments consists of 70 one bedroom units and 50 two bedroom units.

Pet Policy
