“Flores Apartments” is a 10-unit apartment complex located at 113 E. Flores, currently serving very low income residents whose incomes range from 30% to 50% of AMI. La Frontera currently owns and operates this apartment complex and has received State Home funds to provide much needed rehabilitation to the housing units. A twelve-month lease agreement is required at Flores Apartments.
